 The qualifying score for SC category for NEET UG 2019 is 107 and since your score is 161 which is more than the minimum qualifying score so you can surely get a seat in Karnataka but you can only get a seat in deemed universities of Karnataka like Sri devraj

12747 rank is really good at SRMJEE.
According to the last year statistics, The CSE at the main Chennai campus of SRM closed at the rank of around 10,000 for the last round.
So except CSE at the Chennai campus, you have all the branches available to you
