Your OBC rank is not very promising, but you can get seat in some of private colleges.

As every college have an additional 5% seats for economically weaker students who gets fee waiver seat.

Cutoff changes each year due to some factors.

Your chances for bams private college based on your category are less. You must score more than 300 for private seats under state quota. But the cutoff varies so you can try for private and management quota seats.
