Coming to your question, I am sorry to say that there aren’t any private colleges in UP having a fee structure in the range that you are comfortable with. Private colleges are really expensive, and on average most of the colleges charge 11 lakhs

If you are going for management quota then you can get a seat with your marks. But make sure you are surely affordable  for management quota seats as the fee will be ×3 higher when compared to normal fees. Even then, Management quota seats are filled through State Counseling only.
