As far as  the last update, the private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh do not follow reservation policy. You can get admission in th private medical colleges solely on the basis of your AIR and not Category rank. You can check the cutoff of different private colleges in UP

You haven't mentioned the State you belong to or the Categoy you belong to. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone.
