You can get admission in Medical college in Delhi from any recognized board from India. For that you have to appear in NEET national level entrance exam to get admission in Delhi medical colleges. For eligibility into farmer quota you need to have studied in non municipal areas at least for 4 years and you need to have not less than 1 acre of land in the name of your father or in the name cadidate.

There is no such criteria, whether you complete your 10+12 in private or government it does not matter. The only criteria to take benefit of any tyoe of reservation is that you must have domicile Andhra Pradesh. This is the only criteria if you want to have ha reservation in AP EAMCET.
