Hello aspirant, you require minimum degree and relavent job experience to get that post. If you are from Management background and has technical degree then you have more changes of getting this post sooner. You should have compulsorily have experience to get this post irrespective of the company you work for.

Some colleges and universities also have project management or organizational management programs that you can participate in. If they consider your past performance for the organisation, then it is not mandatory to be a MBA Graduate in order to become a project manager.
