I would suggest that you go for BE CSE in PSG college of Technology.  It would be because PSG is better than SASTRA and also because even after doing B.sc you have to study for masters to land a job. Whereas B.tech is enough to get you a good job.

EEE in PSG is a better choice as it is a bit more reputed college.

EEE course is very good course and the placements are good. Coimbatore Institute of Technology is also a good college but placements aren't as good as PSG.PSG is one of the best in Chennai
