At the PSG College of Technology , Coimbatore lover placement offers are good . Almost 75- 85 % of students were placed during the academic year of 2019. The placements are coordinated by the placement cell of the college which conducts training sessions for the students to increase their technical and non-technical skills.

Companies like Accenture, Birla, Ashok Leyland, Adobe, Cognizant, Nuvo, Samsung, L& T, Capgemini, amongst other companies. The placements offers increase each year.

In the 2019 placement offers, about 55 - 65% of BE Instrumentation and Control engineering students were placed.

Since , there were good IT companies that visited, therefore,  placement offers for IT offers were good enough.

The average salary was approx. 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and the highest was around 8 to 9 LPA

This really cannot be compared as both colleges are good at their specific branches and if you want to do ECE then PSG College Of Technology is good to go and if you want to opt for CS branch then Coimbatore Institute Of Technology is good and as you have mentioned you are weak in Physics and good in CS and Maths I would suggest you to select CS branch into Coimbatore Institute Of Technology.

It is ranked 106th by NIRF among all engineering colleges in India. The institute is listed among the Top 5 Engineering Colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Yes it is good option because if we go through the placements of Rajalakshmi college then computer science ,Information technology and Electronics communication engineering  three branches are  holding the highest record of placement.

So as per my opinion  it is good and your interested much more important for choosing nay of branch .

P.S.G college of Technology (P.S.GCT),Coimbatore.Most admissions are based  on the entrance either on either on National Level exam or internal entrance conducted jointly by Anna University While for Other Courses,admission is merit based.

Admission for b-tech is done by TNEA Counselling ,the students must be also have passed 10+2 with PCM for M-tech you need to get admission on basis of TANCET score or GATE exam.Students must apply for M.B.A/M.C.A TANCA counselling for final seat allotment .

PSGCT admission is based on  entrance &merit based,entrance exams like TANCET/GATE/NET/JRT through online or offline.

P.S.G college of technology B.E/B.tech admission 2021 :Duration of the courses full time 4 year and part time 3 years ,here are 19 specializations in this college

Eligibility criteria you need to pass 10+2 examination it is based on merit based and this application available go through online or offline ,total seats in take for this course is 1500 seats.
