There is absolutely no differernce between thwo of them they are both located opposite to each other and the different departments are named differently.

PSGIM offers departments such as finance,HR,marketing,operations other technical courses are offered at PSG college of technology.

PSGIM is a very good college and the placements are very good overall, average placement is around 5-6Lpa.

As you wanted to do master degree in the power electronics and drives and goot decision as it has more demand in future and PSG is the top most college which is autonomous college and it is affiliated by Anna university and Amrita is also the one of the top most institute and both the colleges are good to do that course probably check accordingly  PSG is comparatively good according to the quality of education and studyatmosphere so prefer this and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

If you are in the last year of your graduation then you can join that college if you get passed in your graduation exams. You can definately apply in the college in you have got eligible marks for that college but you also have to complete your graduation in order to get admission.
