42% is very less score. If your friend want to do BA psychology from vishwakarma University, it is difficult to get seat for BA psychology in this college as cut offs are high and your friends marks doesn't fit for eligibility criteria. One should get minimum 50% marks for applying any graduation course But don't worry , tell your friend to apply other colleges now he won't get college of his desire. If seats remain vacant, few colleges providing late admissions. He won't get popular colleges, other option is to apply in higher schools which have faculty of graduation programs

You can do BA in psychology which is a 3 year undergraduate course and after that do MA in psychology and continue your education further.

Eligibility - 10 + 2 qualifications with good academic score. Admissions are on merit basis while some institutes may have their entrace exams.

Salary - Salary is variable depending on the amount of skills, education, experiences you have. While average salary is 20, 000 to 30, 000 per month.

There are many opportunities available in psychology and some of them are -

Dear Aspirant,

If you are interested in a career in the child psychologist then yes, you can make a career in that field. The first step in becoming a child psychologist is to get a bachelor's degree, The Bachelor degree requires four years to complete, and students can usually choose between a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree in the subject .

After that you have to do a 2 year masters degree with specialization in the child psychology. Hope this helps.

2. after that earn a bachelors degree in psychology , degree can be BS/BA in psychology

The field is considered to be an exciting,The field is considered very adverse in nature.Some psychologist assess criminal while some assess the clues.The profession is considered as a helpful profession ,Even though it is risky the field will give you immense satisfaction with the job


Coming to the cons

The starting salary is any course is low there is nothing new about it,You will have to do a lot of practice  to gain reputation.Here you can also be asked to take side cases and you will have to work travel for a long time

In order to study psychology in higher classes that is after class 12th, the very simple step you can do is, complete your graduation in psychology. Opt for BA in Psychology. Then, you can complete your MSc in Psychology and hold a degree in psychology. You can start practicing as a counselor in schools and other Institutes, being a psychologist.
