Hey manish

The qualifying examination code for NEET 2020 for droppers is Code 2 if you finished your 12th under CBSE or ICSE or any other state board.

It will be code 3 if you have have completed 10+2 qualifying examination as PUC or pre-degree.

Yes you can take psychology after 12th with science.And cut off  totally depends on from  which category belongs as if you belogs from general 97%+ is required for top colleges in DU.

For OBC it is 94%+.

For SC it is 90%+

And for ST it is 88%.
