Yes IISER accepts JEE advance Score. For General Category the rank should be within 10000 to get into CRL(Common Rank List) and for candidates belonging to the reserved category (OBC-NC, SC, ST, PD), their category rank should be within 10000.

Even they check for marks for your 10+2

The cutoff for psychology ranges in between 85-95%. You hv fair chances of getting into DU. Keep checking the cutoffs. Hopefully you can get through by the second or third cutoff.
You can check the last year cutoffs at www.du.ac.in to get a fair idea about the Colleges

You can not submit Intra-School certificates for consideration in Extra-Curricular-Activities quota in DU. DU only recognizes participants with state or national level experience in any field. You can, however, apply for ECA quota only based on your trials, you would not be submitting certificates but if you have

If dates are clashing then look at the timings if you can reach the centres on time. Or else there's just one option that is to choose one between DU and AU whatever you prefer
