You can take only one degree at a time. So if you have interest in psy... then you can follow many books.
Also you can study online, or from you tube for your interest only.

Specializing in Neuropsychology is a masters level course. You need to be a graduate from any stream to pursue this course (though having a bachelor's degree in psychology is an advantage).
Colleges that offer this course are Delhi University, Christ University, IIPR etc. AIIMS Delhi also has a course
