You can apply to government colleges in other states under 15% AIQ. Based on your marks, chances are less of admission to Government Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu under 15% AIQ.
You can try for private colleges.

I think for this you have to talked to college administration department. And then you have to withdraw your admission fro. Bsc chemistry and if college allows you than you will have to take admission in ba psychology. But first please contact to college regarding this and do
no its is not a single course but you can do this in integrated . it means there is no gap in betwen your ug and pg. after completing your ug at tohe same pint your pg will get start. all the best.
