BSTC and PTET are 90% same. both are 2 yr course, Rajasthan course, for teaching, same eligibility (12th pass with at least 55%), can be teacher up to class 12. but there are some difference in that 10 %.

GEnerall, for most of the colleges the minimum percentage required to get admission in B.Ed. courses is 50%. You may still get a college but thec hances are low. However I will still recommend you to go through the counselling process as you might still get a seat. All
