After 12th science stream exam ECE electronics and communication engineering will be the right choice for you to take it at Bhopal NIT, ISI branch has better scope for higher studies and research facilities in future after doing Masters in ECE branch. The branch of ECE you can go ahead for your higher studies and can get a teaching job in anywhere other reputed college in India and outside of India. The future scope for job and employment  for the branch of ECE i. e. Electronics and communication engineering that  has a greater scope for future job prospect.

Yeah sure it will decrease the cut off EWS category student as 10% seat will reserve for this category.

Last year cut off for EWS category student in jipmer, Puducherry was AIR 1700 in 2nd AIQ counseling. So this year it might be ho yo somewhat Higher rank. Although it's just prediction not sure because cut off tends to change every year depending on various factors.

Pec Pondicherry is a public, government, autonomous college it accepts some entrance exam like csir net,gate and centac ,onemust qualify the exam to get a admission and the basic eligibility should be +2 passed through state or central government with 50% in physics, chemistry, maths subjects .

People from other states get admission through jee mains ,and must be equal to centac cutoff

Eligible candidates will be given on basis of centac so you have to attend the exam .

If you want to take admission in PEC college for CSE branch, then only 12th class board examination percentage is not sufficient. You need to crack JEE MAINS exam with good qualifying marks as the admissions are based on the aggregate of 12th percentage and JEE MAINS exam.

You have scored good marks in your board exam. The counseling in this university is done through CENTAC and in order to be a part of this counseling process,  you have to appear for JEE MAINS examination and you must have a valid score in it to sail through the admission process easily.
