According to my opinion, VIT Pune is definitely far much better than PCCOE Pune for mechanical branch in terms of best placements offer, better academics, huge campus life, good infrastructure, good experience and facilities.
Since VIT Pune being an autonomous institute, it has it's own advantage over PCCOE

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. As you secured 200 socore in neet ug 2021 exam. It is difficult to get a seat in Vidyapeeth medical college. The closing cut off BVMC pune is 2.22 lakh for MBBS . You can check the cut off the medical college. Link

Fee Structure of Thakur College is higher than Pune Vidyarthi Griha’s College. But placement stats of Thakur College is lot better than of Pune Vidyarthi

As per your question , I would recommend you to take dbit Mumbai cs/it because I have this opinion that in case of private college taking a core branch is not a wise option because the placements in 90% of the private colleges is not up to the
