Svnit is better than iiit pune in placement wise. .Svnit have good ranking and placed higher than  iiit pune .

Placement is much better in svnit ,highest salary offered in svnit is 32 lpa and lowest is 3.50 lpa and average is 5 to 6 lpa while in iiit

Hey, according to my research neet was made mandatory for physiotherapy from year 2017, but if you want to go for it you can do bsc. in physiotherapy it is 4.5 years undergraduate program and in pune there are many colleges offering this.  Also they do take a university test

IIIT Sonepat and IIIT kota and IIIT pune, all were established recently.  They all operate from temperory canpus. So, you can't expect all the necessary facilities from any of the three college.

In case you need them, you should join older IIITs like jabalpur,  Guwhati, kanchepuram,  allahabad,  gwaliour .
