Hello Student , If we compare all of these IIITs then IIIT Nagpur will be my first preference for ECE the median salary offered by IIIT Nagpur branch was 16 lakh around ,then IIIT Nagpur the average salary around 14 lakh then IIIT trichy with average CTC 9.7 LPA.
