The admission to MPH course at Dr. DY Patil Medical College, Pune will be done through an Entrance Test, and candidates must pass the entrance test with a 50% or above score. For admission, an 80 percent weighting should be provided to the Entrance Test and a 20% weighting should be given to marks in graduation examinations in the above topics from any Indian university or their equivalent.
The eligibility criteria to pursue 2 year Masters of Public Health course- The candidate should have Graduation in Health Science (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS) Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Pharmacy, B.Sc. in Biostatistics, Botany, Zoology, Public Health, Biotechnology, Dairy Science, Veterinary Sciences, Home Science and Health Science from a recognized university.

You really worked hard. Your chances of getting selected is quite low. But don't leave hope. May be you got selected. So keep trying and have patience. Although you can easily get admission in other colleges of symbiosis branch. So you should also apply in them.

Yes,you can try colleges conducting their own entrance examinations.
Some colleges will conduct their own exam like JAIN university Bangalore.
Some colleges in Bangalore will have the cut-off as 450 above (composite score) and you can try there.
