The cut off varies year wise as in previous year the closing rank for general category for B.Tech in Civil was 44515 (HS) and for other state it was 35320 so according to these much ranks better to get 150+ approx.

Hello Jagjeet. For PEC, if you don't have the state quota or any other quota, I'm sorry but it is hard to get admission in the first three rounds with the stated marks. You might get 'Materials and Metallurgical Engineering' or 'Production and Industrial Engineering' in the spot round. This

There is no reservation for OBC category in PEC so you will be considered as general candidate and as per previous year cut off the closing rank for CSE, round 1 was 5436 so according to this much rank the safest marks range should be 220-240 so plan and prepare
Previous year the closing rank for CSE for state quota was 12236 so as per this much rank it is advisable to get 180 or above as this would be the safest score to get seat there as per the cut off trend.
