Different states have their specific rules and regulations regarding their domicile criteria.

For Punjab domicile, you need to have completed your class 12 th from the state. Apart from that it is also mandatory that your parents live in the state for atleast a minimum of 5 years.

You are eligible for state quota in Chandigarh.As you have completed your tenth, eleventh and twelfth from Chandigarh.Punjab is only consider as your home town. 85% seats are reserved for UT pool during admissions.
