you have not mentioned your domicile trying and you are asking your chances from four different states so I think you are asking your chances of getting a medical college from all India quota.

With a percentile of 77 you can get admitted to KIIT,LPU, Chandigarh University,CGC(Mohali),DAVIET,etc.to name a few good institutions.But in these colleges all branches except CSE will be possible as CSE has high cutoffs.But you can try CSE Thapar University which will always be the best option. This rank is not good enough to get a seat in good NIT college but you can try in lower NITs there you will definitely get seat.
