You cannot give PUCET exam in hindi as the medium of language to attempt the test is English only. Also as far as I know even if the mode of teaching (that is the way the professors and lecturers will teach you) might be hindi but the semester exams will be conducted in English. The PG fees will depend upon the stream and the college you get admission in.

UIAMS was started by the Punjab University for MBA in 2009. The admissions to UIAMS are granted on the basis of an applicant's score in PU UIAMS MET, which is the Institution's own entrance examination.

The faculties of this Institute are on the same level as UBS as far as curriculum and academics is concerned. Moreover, the infrastructure is excellent with wifi services as well as a library for students. Canteen Services, medical services for students, air conditioned class rooms and such add to the infrastructural value of the Institution.

However, in terms of placements, the Institution is yet to contend with some of the best Universities around. UBS offers better placements, suggest personal reviews. The average annual package is around 4L INR while the highest packages offered are around 7L INR.

There is a Department of Sociology in Punjab University, Chandigarh. You can check the official website at: https://sociology.puchd.ac.in/ . They offer MA, M.Phil and Ph.D. They do not have BA Sociology. And to study MA, you should have a Bachelor's degree. So to answer your question, you cannot study BA Sociology in Punjab University after your 12th.
