Dear aspirant,

Python is a high level language and it is pretty easy to use as the coding consists of less lines of code as compared to c or java or c++. But it is very necessary for you to have knowledge about the low level languages like java and c as they form the crux of the programming language.

i will be joining cs undergraduation this year. i want to take python as my base language. i am interested in AI, machine learning, neural networks. i have heard many people say to also try to learn c,c++ and extra stuff. so what must i do during my 4 years of cs undergraduation?

Anirudh Singh 18th Dec, 2020

Hi.

First of all, you do not have to decide the curriculum of your own. Have a little patience, the CSE Curriculum will involve everything you will need and in proper time. As for your own interest, in Python and AI, ML there are various computer clubs that will help you to pursue this interest of yours. Learning C++ and other languages is a personal choice depending on the field you wish to work under.

If you have a further specific query please feel free to comment.

Best of Luck.
