Hello student,
With a NEET 2025 score of 176 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 900,000, securing a BAMS seat in a government college through the regular counseling process is highly unlikely.
There is a possibility of getting a seat in private or deemed universities through the management quota, though the competition and fees there will be higher.
Fees for management quota seats in private and deemed universities can range from INR 2 lakhs to INR 6 lakhs or more per year.
Thank you!!
HELLO,
For admission to 9th class generally students need to have successfully completed 8th grade from a recognized school. Admission to Class 9 is usually based on the student's performance in the previous class and may include an entrance test or interview depending on the school. The specific age criteria for 9th class admission is also an important factor , with most schools requiring a minimum age of 14 years on March 31st admission year
Eligibility and requirements:-
1.Successful completion of the 8th grade is a primary requirement
2.A school leaving certificate from the previous school is required
3.A copy of birth certificate is generally needed
4.Admissions are often based on merit with a merit list prepared based on the student's performance in the entrance test or previous class results
Hope this Helps!
Hello
Admission to NCC (National Cadet Corps) for Class 11 (Hindi medium or any stream) usually starts around July to August 2025, at the beginning of the new academic session. Students need to apply through their school, as NCC units are linked with educational institutions.
The process generally includes filling out a form, followed by a physical fitness test and a basic interview. If you're interested, it’s best to talk to your school’s NCC officer or principal early to know the exact dates and requirements
Thanks for the update. So your total normalized score (Board + KCET) is 147.5 out of 300 .
Let’s break this down:
Total score = 147.5 out of 300
Normalized percentage = (147.5/300)×100=49.17%
With a normalized score of around 49% , your expected rank is likely to be in the range of 45,000 to 65,000 , depending on:
Difficulty of the KCET exam
Overall performance of other candidates
Your category (reservation)
Number of applicants
You’ll likely get a better seat allotment due to reservation benefits — possibly getting into decent private engineering colleges in Karnataka with branches like:
ECE
Mechanical
Civil
Possibly IT/CS in emerging or mid-tier colleges

Hi
hope you doing well
It will depend more on your category rank, your chances of getting into NIT Durgapur or other NITs/IIITs with a JEE Mains percentile of 78, it will depend on the specific cutoffs for those institutions in the current admission cycle.
Typically, NITs have varying cutoffs for different branches and categories. For SC candidates, the cutoffs tend to be lower than for the general category, but they can still vary significantly.
As of the most recent admission cycles, the closing ranks for various branches for the SC category were generally around:
