Well also I would like to mention that the cut off being declared in case of management quota is less as compared to private quota category cut off. And this may be mainly because of the fee structure being really high in case of management quota seats.

If you satisfy the eligibility criteris for the exam then you can appear for it. There is no other point to it.

Here is the eligibility for AIEESE exam:-

1. Candidate MUst have passed 12th final year exam. with minimum 60% in all the subjects.
2. Students those who will appear

Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank, you may decent chances in Medical Colleges like:

KIMS, Telangana: Anaesthesia

Osmania Medical College: Microbiology

Rangaraya Medical College: Bio Chemistry

Kurnool Medical College: Anatomy

General Medicine is difficult with this rank. Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut
