During first round of AIQ counseling or state counselling, it's easy to go for upgrade and exit also but once you enter into second round then process get little bit tough and then you have to make decisions otherwise you will have chance to loose security deposit.

No , I am afraid you won't be able to do as to take admission in BAMS even in a private college then also the bare minimum is to clear the NEET cutoff which would be around 133-150, so I'm afraid to inform that you will fail to qualify NEET
