Hello,

To apply for Second round AIQ you must have registered for First round of AIQ counselling and participated in first round of AIQ. Candidates who haven't registered for first round of AIQ counselling are not eligible to register for second round regardless of your seat allotment under state quota.

NT-B  category comes under obc category. Analysing last year cutoff your neet 2020 marks are quite low to get a mbbs seat in medical college maharastra

You can get seat in some of dental college but no chance to get mbbs seat
