In private medical colleges in Karnataka; Category B seats are called management quota seats and these seats are filled through the state counselling itself.

Or the seats that are left vacant can be also filled by 'management'or direct admission and for that you will need to contact the college

Your marks also depends on the category. For example if you are from general category you might have low chances for state quota and i don't know if you can grab for All india quota. If you say you want maharashtra medical colleges for government quota under 85% state

Hey, there is no compulsion for a candidate to participate in All India Quota counselling. You can directly participate in the State quota counselling. Both the processes are separate and the students can participate in both processes or only one depending on their choice.

You can participate in counselling for AFMC through All India Quota Counselling after which the respective staes will start with their State Counselling. Once you are allotted a seat in any college through All India Counselling and you take that seat, that is you take admission to that resective

Maharashtra government has scrapped the 70% regional quota for medical seats.

The state was earlier divided into three regions- Marathwada, Vidarbha and Rest of Maharashtra (RoM). This means that 70% of the seats were only for the locals of this area.

Now as this reservation has been removed, this means
