Yes you are absolutely eligible for the Gujarat state domicile. Anyone who have completed their 12 board studies from a specific state are completely eligible to apply for the state quota of that state.

As per my research you will be considered as home candidate as you are form Maharashtra and if you have passed 12 from Maharshtra board ,

The all India quota is for the candidates who are for other states so you may not be eligible for all
