If you have domicile ceritifcate of AP then you can participate in AP NEET 85% Quota and  you can participate in 15% AIQ from Karnataka. But if you have domicile certificate of Karnataka then you are eligible to participate in 85% State quota seats in Karnataka and 15% AIQ
