Hi aspirant,since you have 50.7 percentile in your JEE Mains most. probably so on this rank dear it is not possibke for you to get into the IPU or any college under IPU. For admission in IPU one needs to appear in IPU CET and clear it as well. So

Hi , for state quota ranks you need to first appear in state counselling by doing registration for the native state you're willing to go for counselling . Then the state ranking list will be prepared . Then according to that you can fill your choices and appear in counselling

638 is a very good score.
