Yes you have to submit nativity certificate to claim MBBS seat under management quota. Eligibilty certificate is a basic requirement.

State Directorate of Medical Education has insisted the candidates provide nativity before claiming MBBS seats under quota. This was done to avoid confusion in allotment of medical seats

If you have already joined a college, submitted all documents and paid the admission fees then you will have to leave the institute officially before joining another college.

Most colleges have a cool down period of about 1 month where they allow students to leave for another college

that actually depend upon whether you have state domicile of uttar pradesh or not basically to take part in state counselling you need to have domicile of that state .

As far your question is concerned, No I don't think there will be any problem during state counseling in Bihar. As your certificate is issued by the Bihar Government itself after proper documentation and verification, so why will they question their own certificate. So relax for that.
