NEET 2020 expected category wise cutoff:

GENERAL = 50 percentile

GENERAL - PH = 45 percentile

SC/ST/OBC = 40 percentile

SC/ST/OBC-PH = 40 percentile

It is not exact as the cutoffs have not been released yet

Yes fresh registrations are allowed in the second round of online counselling for NEET 15% AIQ/DEEMED/CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES/AIIMS & JIPMER/ ESIC & AFMC seats. The dates for registration of second round is from 18 November 2020 to 22 November 2020 till 3 PM.
