Yes you will need recent income certificate and caste Certificate for neet admission. If your annual  family income is (less than one lakh ) 94,000 then you can apply for EWS certificate . You have to mention it  while doing registration.

If you belong to Andhra Pradesh then you must be having Domicile of Andhra Pradesh. Since you have applied for neet counselling 2020 in Telangana, if you get any college there , you will get through All India quota seat, if you have good marks in NEET and

its sure that you will get self financing college for the course MBBS. 500 is a good marks in NEET. With 500 marks you have chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College .
