Sruthi, it totally depends on the State and Category you belong to. And NCC Certificate is valid only in State Counselling and not in All India Counselling. There is 1% reservation for NCC in most States. So if you belong to General Category, a score of 300 might not help.

In 2019, under State Quota, a score of 596 marks secured a seat in Seth Medical College under OBC Category. WIth a score of 601, your chances are border line. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year
