Hello hanuman26011984 , From some research on internet I found that the cutoff of Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Medical College for state quota obc NCL is about 40th percentile which is about 133 to 107 cutoff score.

Domicile certificate is produced by the state when you are a permanent resident of the state. If you have a domicile certificate of Maharashtra, you can go for the 85% State Quota seats. For applying to state quota seats one has to have the domicile certificate of that particular state.
