Hello Subham,
The TFW seats of every private colleges are 10-20% of total seats and you choose CSE which is very popular now day so I think no possibility but still try.

In 2019, under State Quota, 613 marks secured a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off. And 575 marks secured a seat in Bahraich Medical College under General Category in UP State Quota. That was the cut off. Now this is 2019 data
