This can only be decided by the college authorities in this case. Donations are a matter which the admission council can only refer to them. The final decision rests in the hands of management authorities of the college. So you better contact them to get a better picture.

you will apply for open category along with your reservation category. there will be respective categorical cutoff for other state quota in combination to reservation category.

Usually cutoff for open category is even lower than home state quota general category. if you have reservation then it will help you
