Govt quota seats in private medical college means you take admission in a private medical college with a rank that makes you eligible to apply in Govt seats in those colleges…The College fee is lesser as compared to the fee paid by students taking admission through Management quota .

I'm not clear with your question. Always the seats are reserved in the government counceling based on their community. Through the management quota the colleges has their own seats which are reserved for community. It is based on your college. Each college will be having their own community.
