According to the given percentile your rank in CRL would be near around 40,000. On the basis of this rank CSE branch is off limit to you in all NITs and IIITs.

If you want seat in CSE branch than you have to secure your rank under 10,000

Bhavya, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to and the College you are enquiring about. Neverthless, there is no fee reiumbursement for Management Quota seats. Depending on the State you belong to, some Governments do help with reiumbursement until MBBS but not for MD/MD and that too in Management

You have not mentioned your percentile.In 2019 these were the cut off SC home state category branch wise in round 7 JoSAA counselling in NIT, Kurukshetra
