See as per your Marks-344 which is very low it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

Well first and foremost you will have to complete MBBS and after that you will apply for higher studies and there you can opt for radiology and can do MD in radiodiagnostics. That is the route to the aim which you should follow to make it true
