This will depend on which college you apply for. Generally admission to Bsc courses on basis of 12th aggregate marks.

B.sc radiology is a 3 years programme. The eligibility to get into it is that the candidate must have passed class 12th with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. There is generally an entrance test taken for admission, but some institute also go for merit basis.

Admission eligible criteria is different for all cplkeges. 

Generally top Government colleges shsll need NEET UG scores for bsc radiology course. 

And some dont need any entrance exam so you simply get admission on 12th aggregate marks  

However its recommended to score well both in NEET Ug and Standards 12th
