Ease of finding jobs and earning potential both are a bit better with being an RT(radiology technician) as compared to OTA. Clinics, hospitals, paediatrician offices all use RTs.

Other side to it is that RTs might have to work multiple shifts while OTAs rarely work on holidays and weekends
