after bsc in physics can i go for msc radiology?

Yes you can opt for M.Sc in Radiology after completing B.Sc in Physics

.A Radiologist is a physician who has completed a residency program in one of the disciplines of Radiology (viz., Diagnostic, Therapeutic and Nuclear Medicine), becoming a certified clinical specialist.

Yes there is no entrance test in Delhi University for taking admission in BSC in radiology course. The admission is strictly on merit basis.
