Since you have not mentioned your state or category I will give you details about general category of all India quota. It is very difficult for you to get radiodiagnosis or OBC under All India Quota as the previous year cutoff AIR for OBG was 8141 and for radiodiagnosis

In NEET 2019 the cutoff for DNB radiology was:
Round 1 - Rank 4439 (113 allotted)

Round 2 - Rank 6443 (37 allotted - including vacancies of Round 1)

Extended Round 2 - Rank 7891 (15 allotted - including vacancies of Round 2 )

Round 3 - Rank 10124

Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank, you may decent chances in Medical Colleges like:

Shri Sathya Sai Medical College: Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Hamdard Institue of Medical Sciences: Community Medicine

Aarupadai Veedu Medical College: ENT

MGM Medical College, Indore: Bio Chemistry

Radiology is difficult with this rank.
