DNB is a full time 3 year full time course with MBBS or equivalent exam as eligibility and minimum passing marks of 50% and also passing the DNB-CET exam as criterias. Following are some of the colleges which offer DNB in India:

Yes, this course is provided by Indraprastha University Delhi and to enroll into this course you need to give the entrance examination of this University. The eligibility for the entrance examination is that the candidate must have scored atleast 55% in his 12th with Physics Chemistry and biology as main subjects.

According to last year cut offs, for ENT, you have a chance in Dharbhanga Medical College. For Opthamology with this rank, you cannot get a Government College. You can get a PG Diploma seat in Santosh Medical College. This is a Private College. You can get a seat in MD Raadiology in Shree Balaji Medical College. This is all based on previous cut offs. Radiotherapy is a branch of costly instruments and facilities. Most of the government colleges lack it.
