After doing BSC in Radiotherapy you will have number of career opportunities. you can work as  radiation oncologist, radiation therapist, nuclear medicine technologist , Dermatological consultant and a technologist in Radiotherapy.

With growing need for medical Medical treatment both home and abroad, a radiotherapist will sure need to choose from a number of offers coming his way.

For fresh graduate with a BSC in Radiotherapy it is in average salary of 840,000  per annum. More experienced get more.

Hello,

DNB is a full time 3 year full time course with MBBS or equivalent exam as eligibility and minimum passing marks of 50% and also passing the DNB-CET exam as criterias. Following are some of the colleges which offer DNB in India:

1. Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Science.

2. KJ Somaiya

3. Rajashree chhatrapati shaho Maharaj government College.

4. National Heart Institute and Research Centre

The admission is merit and entrance exam based. The fee differs from college to college. To give you an estimate it may start from 38k to 2.5-6L approx depending on the college you select.

Hello Aspirant.

Yes, this course is provided by Indraprastha University Delhi and to enroll into this course you need to give the entrance examination of this University. The eligibility for the entrance examination is that the candidate must have scored atleast 55% in his 12th with Physics Chemistry and biology as main subjects.

According to last year cut offs, for ENT, you have a chance in Dharbhanga Medical College. For Opthamology with this rank, you cannot get a Government College. You can get a PG Diploma seat in Santosh Medical College. This is a Private College. You can get a seat in MD Raadiology in Shree Balaji Medical College. This is all based on previous cut offs. scope of DNB radiotherapy in india

Radiotherapy is a branch of costly instruments and facilities. Most of the government colleges lack it.

In case of DNB institutes, as they are mostly corporate sectors, they provide those instruments. So, it will indeed be a good choice.
