If i talk about in which university you should take the admission you can go for either IGNOU or NSOU the degree of both is equally treated.

There are several private institutes in India. And out of that , it is very difficult to pick out top 10 since all may appeal to be good. The entrance test syllabus for UG Courses will be prescribed by the University. However, candidates can study their academic syllabus of the qualifying exam. The standard of the entrance examination will be that of 11th and 12th level.
There is no specific prescribed syllabus for the entrance examination. The written entrance test of two hours duration will be Multiple Choice Questions on General Awareness, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Communication Skills (English/Hindi), Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability.
