Dear aspirant
First of all Shri ayurveda mahavidyalaya, nagpur is govt-aided college and it is only allotted through the Maharashtra state quota counseling. As you are from Rajasthan you can't participate in Maharashtra state quota counseling without domicile certificate of there.
This college was allocated to Gen category in NEET UG 2021 upto 471 marks only. So even if you have domicile certificate you will have very less chances to get admission here at your expected marks.
It's fee's is around 50k/yr. Although there is no mention of fee's structure on the official website.

Hello aspirant
You mentioned that you are domiciled in Rajasthan. If we look at the previous year cut off for ST GIRL category, the cut off was 452 marks and the college allotted was GMC Dungarpur (Management seat). So you might have a chance of getting a government seat in Rajasthan.
You have a chance of getting the following government medical colleges based on previous year's cut off-
Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi - 395
University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi- 425
Government Medical College, Saharanpur- 296
Please note that the cut-off varies every year depending on various factors such as the category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.

Dear Applicant
Every year the JEE Mains cut off and seat allotment depends on
Now as per your EWS Rank, it would be indeed difficult for you to get government colleges in Rajasthan, but you can expect to get private colleges in Rajasthan like
Suresh Gyan Vihar University or you can seat for MET to get admission into Manipal Institute, or LNMIIT but in every case getting CSE will be difficult than getting Mechanical or Civil, though it is a prediction from past few years data. Use our college predictor link for better perception,
